How to Require a Purchase from One Collection to Unlock Another Collection
This guide explains how to set up two limitations with one using activation rules. These rules will ensure that a**specific collection is unlocked only when a product from another collection is added to the cart.**
Limit Type: Select Collection.
Limit Name: Assign a clear and descriptive name. For example: "Unlock Collection by Adding a Product from Another Collection".
Activation Dates: Leave the default settings so the rule starts immediately.
Active Status: Uncheck the box to keep it inactive, the second limit utilize it.
Audience Type: Set to Everyone.
Tags Exclusion: Leave this field blank.
Items to Target: Select the collection you want to keep locked initially.

By Resource: Select Collection.
Resource Type: Choose Collection Title.
Condition: Set to Is Equal To, then enter the title of the locked collection.
Minimum Number of Resources in Collection: Set to 1.
Click Save to create this limit.

Limit Name: Assign a clear and descriptive name. For example: "Unlocked Collection".
Active Status: Keep the box checked so this limit is active immediately.
Audience Type: Set to Everyone.
Tags Exclusion: Leave this field blank.
Items to Target: Select the collection you want to unlock.

Minimum Number of Resources in Collection: Set to 1.
Force Limit: Check the box to enforce this rule.

"You must purchase an item from another collection to access this collection."

Click Save to complete the setup. Now, the second collection will unlock only when the condition of the first limit is met.
